Self-contained technological flotation laboratory for testing various materials from Norilsk and Talnakh concentrators, Russia.
Norilsk Nickel – Octogon System
Complete technology and equipment for lifting (floating dredges) and recovery of Pt and Pd (by centrifugal intensive gravity) from Norilsk’s Tailing Pond No.1, Russia. The system is processing 5 million tons of tailings per year. (This system is ordered by an independent from Norilsk Nickel contractor).

Complete replacement of laboratory equipment in all major Norilsk Nickel operations, Russia (Zapolyarnyi, Pechenganickel, Severonickel, and Krastsvetmet). This $9.5 million project covered over 100 high-tech analytical instruments and fire assay laboratories.
OJSC Krastsvetmet (Gulidov Krasnoyarsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant) – Modernization of Laboratories
Complete modernization of laboratories in Krastsvetmet, Russia. The entire laboratory building was stripped, and furnished with new materials shipped from the US.

Complete automated classification and flotation plant for processing stored Pyrrhotite concentrates at Norilsk, Russia.
Norilsk Nickel – Automated Intensive Gravity System
Pt and Pd recovery at Norilsk concentrator, Russia. The system is removing 4-6 tons of free Pt/Pd metals in a primary stage preventing down-stream losses.
OJSC Krastsvetmet (Gulidov Krasnoyarsk Non-Ferrous Metals Plant) – Tolling of Impala Platinum
In addition to engineering and supplying mineral processing plants to Norilsk Nickel and Krastsvetmet, Intertech Process Technology arranged the tolling of Impala Platinum (South Africa) Pt/Pd concentrates occurs in Krastsvetmet, Russia.
