Outside of precious metals industry we have engineered and delivered several other mineral processing and laboratory projects
Mezhdurechensk Coal Plant in Kuzbass, Russia
This was Intertech’s largest project – a fully automated 450 ton-per-hour (over 3 million tons per year) coal plant capable of processing 5 different coals from regular thermal to high-value coking coal. Plant incorporated heavy media separation, flotation, hypobaric filtration in-flow analysis, etc. It is still the most automated and technologically advanced colliery in the entire CIS. In a typical day, the plant produces $800,000 – 1.2 million value of coal and coal concentrates.

Barzas and Shestaki in Kemerovo, Russia and Chumakovskaya, Ukraine.
Angarsk Electrochemical Plant, Russia
In this former Sredmash plant, Intertech modernized laboratories occupying two buildings. The project was similar to that in Krastsvetmet: laboratory buildings were stripped – walls, floors, and ceilings, furnished with new materials shipped from the US including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, alarm systems, and laboratory analytical equipment.
